ANGKOR WAT

angkor_wat_photoThe glorious remains of the different capitals of the Khmer Empire lie at the Angkor Archaelogical Park.  Angkor Wat is the best-preserved temple at the site and has become a national symbol of Cambodia.

BAYON TEMPLE

More than 200 of these gigantic stone faces guard the towers of Bayon.  It has been dubbed as the “Mona Lisa of Southeast Asia”!

BANTEAY SREI

This 10th century Cambodian temple, built largely of red sandstone and containing elaborate wall carvings, is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva.

PHNOM BAKHENG

Hike to the top of this temple at Bakheng Hill to get a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sunset and the surrounding forest area.
